Hello pod,
Thanks for stopping by. If this is your first time here, welcome to the pod. No matter what success looks like for you; this blog post is for you. This is going to be a much shorter blog post, only because of time. It will updated it as soon as we have other reasons
ACTIONS CREATE HABITS
quick scenario: imagine wanting to lose weight but doing nothing about it besides say, "I want to lose weight" or "I want to fit into those jeans". Vocalizing something does not make it happen. You have to go out there and get your dreams. In otherwords words, I am telling you to take aggressive small actions. Do not overwhelm your self with the big things. build the small habits as those will ultimately make up a big chunk of the goal. Remember starting is the hardest part, make that BIG step for yourself today.
2. VISION
Having a vision could easily be the number 1 reason action creates success. But ill settle for number 2. Here is why: having a clear vision for your goal will push you to begin taking action but having a vision will not create success. k stop . Employing the weight loss example again, imagine your self at the beach, wearing a bikini for the first time in your life. OR imagine getting straight A's all semester, have you visualized that? do you see it clearly? I need you to physically feel how you will, when you achieve that goal. Now go do the work that is required #wearerootingforyou.
3. ACTIONS BUILD CHARACTER
Most peopled do not start, but like I said earlier, action not only leads to success but builders character. if you play guitar, the more you play, the more calluses you get. This often shows how long a person has been playing. In the same way, action builds character in a way that discipline is cultivated. For instance, we do not rely on motivation to workout anymore. Having been consistently active, created discipline and success in that area.
In other wards, go get it!!!!
